    These gummies work really well to help you drift off to sleep and stay asleep. The flavor is awesome too, I like the combo of the grape and the hemp flower. Half a gummy is plenty also to help you get the rest you need.

    I had usually been taking 2 unisom, which is equivalent to 4 Benadryl. When I take half of one of these it doesn't necessarily make me as tired but my issue is falling asleep and staying asleep and this works well. No psychoactive effects if that's what you're looking for. I take it an hour before bedtime and it helps to ease me off into a good sleep. Thanks!
