    Heard about these on the Bart Winkler podcast and had to try them. Never really had an issue falling asleep but would wake up during the night and have issues falling back to sleep. Not with these, might wake up but fall right back to sleep. No more tossing and turning. Can definitely tell the difference if I forget to take them.

    These gummies are a lifesaver! My husband has advancing Alzheimer’s Disease and often got up in the middle of the night, even tho on a sleeping med.     I had usually been taking 2 unisom, which is equivalent to 4 Benadryl. When I take half of one of these it doesn't necessarily make me as tired but my issue is falling asleep and staying asleep and this works well. No psychoactive effects if that's what you're looking for. I take it an hour before bedtime and it helps to ease me off into a good sleep. Thanks!
