Delta-8 is similar to Delta-9-THC, but its chemical makeup is slightly different. Extracting Delta-8 from the hemp plant is impossible, so it’s made by converting hemp derived CBD into Delta-8 THC.

Is Delta 8 legal?

Yes!  The 2018 Farm Bill states hemp derivatives with a THC concentration of .3% THC or less are legal in the U.S. Our gummies are both hemp derived and have undetectable Delta-9 levels, making them completely legal.

Directions for use:

Our Delta 8 gummies should be stored in a cool dark place. To start, take 1 half gummy and wait 1 hour to see the effects. DO NOT operate vehicles or heavy machinery.

    I have tried gummies from many vendors such as Martha Stewart to Charlotte’s web, but these Delta 8 are by far the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! They are very strong, so I would recommend starting off with 1/2 piece. Do not hesitate to purchase, you will not be disappointed.

    I bought this after reading an article in the NY Times about it. I thought it might be fun to give it a try since the state I live in does't allow for or sell recreational marijuana. What I expected and what I got from this product was very different. I popped a gummy and expected a nice light high but instead I felt like I'd actually eaten a full on edible. I am highly impressed and will 100% continue to buy this product.
