    The Full Spectrum gummies are the absolute best for mellowing the mind and allowing for restful, solid sleep.     This is my second jar of gummies. I bought them for my husband, who has A.D. I give him half a gummy in the morning and a whole one before bed. He takes them willingly because of the great taste. He now sleeps very peacefully at night and I feel they also help to keep him calmer during the day. I also eat a gummy when I’m stressed out and they honestly help. Shipping is super fast as well.
