Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Once your order is processed, it will be dispatched using UPS’s reliable delivery network. Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.
Spee-Dee Delivery:
For those of you within Spee-Dee's delivery network (upper midwest) you may choose Spee-Dee and once your order is processed, it will be dispatched using Spee-Dee’s reliable delivery network. Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.
Shipping Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most USPS shipments arrive within 3–7 business days. UPS shipments will arrive in 1-4 business days and Spee-Dee is typically 1-3 business days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and weight of package. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions on select products or order values.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Elevated Hemp Solutions is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages or Lost Packages
Elevated Hemp Solutions is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
