Needed a sleep aid
I had been taking melatonin along with ZzzQuil and it would get me to sleep but I would not stay asleep and not feel like I rested in the morning. 1/2 does not seem to do anything for me but if I take a whole Gummy at least an hour before I want to fall asleep it works wonderfully! I also noticed that I'm not tossing and turning during the night.
